    The easiest way to overcome shyness is to find a common ground with the person. After a while the shyness will begin to dissapate and the relationship can begin.

    There are a variety of reasons why some people tend to shy away from other people. Especially in social gatherings.

    Sometimes due to shyness many people miss important issues. The hesitation of "what other will think", often block our happiness and opportunities in life.
    Overcoming shyness is about doing the things that allow you to enjoy social situations, not wondering why you feel shy.
    By learning'overcoming shyness', it is more likely that you will become comfortable in social situations by learning the strategies of self confidence along with social skills. Then, shyness is no longer the issue.

    You must not think what other will think of your action, just judge urself if you need to do this, if yes, then move ahead...
